Up-and-coming producer/DJ Mark Lower has blessed us with his Nu Disco stylings and it’s an hour of pure bliss that is hard to match these days. The French producer, real name Quentin Volant, has caught our attention with tracks like “Feel It In Our Bones” and his remixes of “True” by Nora En Pure and “No More Lies” by Nelson Leeroy & Leee John of Imagination.
On a personal level I’ve been seeking out some quality Nu Disco recently and Mark Lower is a guy who consistently delivers. Maybe it’s that French blood, because French producers seem to have really proved themselves as top-notch House producers over the years. After putting Mark Lower at the top of my Nu Disco list, he was kind enough to offer this exclusive mix – which surely doesn’t disappoint.
On the mix you’ll be treated to some unreleased material and a few songs you’ll recognize as reincarnated from their original forms. The mix starts a tad mellow but absolutely picks up over the course of the 60 minutes. One of my favorite tracks comes in around 33 minutes and talks about Disco Ties… you’ll know what I’m talking about.
Mark Lower’s next big tour is in Brazil from October 28 to November 6. He’ll play the #2 club in the world Green Valley (according to DJ Mag) in Camboriu on October 29.
