Welcome all to the late edition of our weekly installment of Survival Sunday. Sorry for the late arrival but I have a legitimate excuse that I won’t bore you with. Anyways, this past week turned out to be the time for some huge releases so lets get straight into it.
Flux and Doctor P’s newest collaboration (of which there have been many) brings a completely new sound which further emphasizes their mutual like for melodic sounds and innovation. It won’t be the newest “Louder” or “Gold Dust” but it certainly is unique.

Steve Aoki has teamed up with the man of the hour right now Tiesto to bring you the latest in a series of amazing collaborations from Aoki. From “Warp” with the Bloody Beetroots, “Turbulence” with Laidback Luke, “No Beef” with Afrojack and most recently “Earthquakey People” with Rivers Cuomo, the record label mogul/DJ/producer is unstoppable. This track is no exception. Not to mention Tiesto is coming off one of his biggest years of all time with songs like “Work Hard, Play Hard” and “Maximal Crazy” continuing to tear up speakers and dancefloors worldwide.
Tiesto ft. Steve Aoki – Tornado
Progressive house artist EDX released his newest single this week and this one should become quite the hit among progressive house fans. Personally, I’m not the biggest prog fan but I have always liked EDX’s style and I think you’ll see that on this track.
EDX – D.A.N.C.E. (Original Mix)
Finally, the vocal mix of Swedish House Mafia’s collaboration with Knife Party debuted this week on (you guessed it) BBC Radio 1. The track not only adds some vocals but also brings a more finished sound with it than the last preview heard. Obviously when this track gets officially released, it will be massive and everyone will already be quite familiar.

As an afterthought (and since he was featured on last week’s SS), here’s Lazy Rich’s newest remix. Goes hard as you’d expect.
