Check Out This Exclusive Mix From Brooklyn’s Rupert Wall [Minimal House & Tech]

I’m really excited to bring you today’s exclusive mix from Rupert Wall for a couple reasons. First and foremost, it’s real funky if you’re into minimal House and Tech. That’s kind of where I got my feet wet with dance music (looking at you 2011 Claude Vonstoke playing in a dusty tent at Electric Zoo). Second, it exemplifies the power of networking. I wouldn’t have known about Rupert if it wasn’t for his cousin who is one of my good friends. And when you make it a point to feature up-and-coming producers it was a no brainer to invite Rupert to put together an exclusive mix. And guess what: he delivered.

Brooklyn based DJ and producer Rupert Wall (real name Mike Mattia) has been doing big things this past year. With releases on labels OKNF, In You Records, Key + Needle and shows from NYC to Miami, he has been making his push to become a household name in the dance music scene.

Rupert is a part of the artist collective RVDIOVCTIVE which has been taking the country by storm with shows all over NY, LA, Detroit, Boston, Miami, just to name a few. Over the past few years Rupert has been privileged to share the DJ booth with the likes of Sidney Charles, Sante, Dennis Cruz, CamelPhat, Billy Kenny, Jesse Perez, Weiss, Walker & Royce, and many others. Rupert’s eclectic style of groovy underground tech house creates an unforgettable vibe and leaves the listener begging for more.

Here is an exclusive hour-long mix Rupert did for us here at MMIBTY.com. If you like what you hear show the dude some love!
