In honor of Fedde le Grand’s show alongside Zedd tonight at Boston’s Ocean Club, I’ve been bumpin’ this semi-recent mix that he titled “Fedde le Grand’s Special ENERGY Mix”. In case you missed our interview with him, find it HERE. It’s surprising that FLG doesn’t have much on his SoundCloud but this one absolutely stands out as an hour-long set you MUST hear. It begins with some funky underground tracks and then goes into some of the bigger tunes in circulation today (Nicky Romero’s “Generation 303”, Otto Knows’ “Million Voices”, Hard Rock Sofa’s “Quasar”, etc). Personally I think FLG is a quite underrated DJ, often bringing flawless mixes of funky House and some of the best party music out there – usually including a lot of older House tunes or sounds from the underground I’ve never heard of.
