The genre of electronic pop has never been welcomed with open arms in the EDM community, with most calling it to soft or light when referring to the drops and transitions. Most electro pop also features vocals that wouldn’t be described as hard by any means. For this reason, the genre as a whole holds a lot of unknown talent and some unbelievable tuneage. For instance, Speaker of the House could be considered somewhat of an electro pop dj, but he has successfully brought in elements of house music to create a more welcoming sound for the EDM community.
