I have immense respect for Xaphoon Jones. As a hip-hop producer, he pretty much carried Chiddy Bang into the spotlight. As a producer in general, he has made such great remixes over the years, with all of them being so unique and has tackled just as many indie tunes as hip-hop ones. He just released a new mixtape featuring some of his work that has trickled out over the past year or so and a handful of new bootlegs and remixes. While the mixtape would largely be considered hip-hop centric, he’s taken his own style and added it to every track, giving it that distinctive flair that he does so well.
