Alvin Risk’s new single came out earlier in the week and it’s a fresh new tune from singer/song writer/ producer. The song starts out with a very Skrillex influenced high pitch vocal sample and a very, almost whimsical, melody. The track goes on to the first verse with the male vocals, that I am not a fan of, followed by a classic Alvin Risk sounding drop that is sure to make your speakers rattle. While I’m a way bigger fan of his remixes, like “Eyes” and “Diminishing Returns,” I do like the directions that his original productions are going, as opposed to his last EP, Infinity. If “Skyclad” is any indication of the sounds coming from his forthcoming EP, then I’m looking forward to hearing what he has cooking up for us next.
