Viceroy, fresh off his Summertime Cruise in Boston, has released yet another remix that packs everything you could want into summer in just under four minutes of musical bliss. Hearing his rendition of Spraypaint by Radical Something for the first time on the boat I immediatiely fell in love. The track exemplifies the lyrics that made it famous, but erupts into a joyous chorus that keeps your feet bumping and your smile growing. The track, like all of Viceroy’s, attempts to bring out the full flavors of summer as it truly is the best time of the year!
Viceroy recently collaborated with the fine threads of Frank & Oak to create a mixtape that truly is created for a founders club. The mix includes many of his remixes as well as a curated selection of disco house tracks by others. The mix reminds me of the cruise this past weekend, however unlike here, on the boat he played for three hours!
