Follow Me for Daddy’s Money

follow me

New York City is a breeding ground for developing talented, young artists that provide the fuel the dance music machine needs to continue to recreate and define the ever changing genre. I feel like I discover artists monthly that take my breathe my away from the city, and then when I go and share it with my friends they give me the ol’, “oh he’s old news” talk. Follow Me is my latest find, a Brooklyn based duo, that strives to bring that 80’s retro feel back to the dance floor. Follow Me takes Johnny Stimson‘s powerful vocals that are both catchy and relatable, and simply puts their own twist on it, preserving the original lyrics.

If you are interested in other work that Follow Me is up too, check out this mix they released a few weeks ago. This is a massive two hour mix celebrating their second year together, as well as the beginning of another school year.
