In case you missed it, Deniz Koyu‘s latest track “Ruby” was released last Monday January 20th via Axwell’s Axtone Records. Amazingly enough, I first heard the track on Above & Beyond’s Group Therapy Radio and I was quite surprised to learn it was a Deniz Koyu song I was rockin’ out in the car to. Don’t get me wrong, I think Koyu is a fantastic producer and I love most of his work, but the sound of the track coupled with the fact that Above & Beyond were playing it left me a little taken aback. Currently “Ruby” is sitting at #1 on the Beatport Progressive House charts and #4 overall. I try to stay away from posting Beatport Top 10 tracks, merely because they tend to be talked about everywhere, but I genuinely think “Ruby” is worth your time.
