Up next for the Nest HQ is multifaceted producer, CRNKN, delivering his first official EP with The Clearing — a six-track concept release that illuminates CRNKN’s expansive sound as well as his passion for creating with a meaning. CRNKN explains in his own words how he created The Clearing –
“With The Clearing I wanted to try and distance myself from whatever preconceived notions people had / have about the kinds of music that I make. It’s really important to have room to experiment and grow as an artist, so with this release I’m hoping to lay the groundwork for that. There are a lot of really cool kinds of music, and I like making all of them. Putting a qualitative label on creativity is like putting a square peg in a round hole. Just doesn’t work.”
CRNKN also recently dropped a remix of BANKS hit track Bedroom Wall after falling in love with her ‘London’ EP. It seems like everyone in the industry whats to be collaborating with her these days, can you blame them?
