Keys N Krates, Minnesota to kick off summer at Webster Hall NYC

WEBSTERHALL

With Memorial Day Weekend right around the corner, Webster Hall NYC has booked some incredible acts to start the summer off right. Christian Bauhofer, aka Minnesota, will take his dubstep and hip-hop infused sound to the main stage at Webster Hall alongside Koan Sound on May 23rd. Minnesota’s combination of heavy hitting bass music and r&b mash-ups set the tone perfectly for a summer kickoff. His tracks such as ‘Need Your Heart’, ‘Starry Eyes Remix’, and his Bassnectar remastered track ‘A Bad Place’ are sure to have the floor shaking and the crowd going wild.

The following weekend get ready to ring in the trap as Keys N Krates takes the stage. The Toronto based trio consisting of Adam Tune (drummer), David Matisse (synthesizer/keyboardist), and Jr. Flo (turntablist) are bringing their unique trap/dubstep fusion sound to Webster Hall. With tracks like ‘All the Time’ and ‘I Just Can’t Deny’ featuring hooks that bounce and flow tremendously, this show is bound to be a night filled with great beats and perhaps a little promiscuity. After Keys N Krates toured the country this past winter with artists like Pretty Lights and Bassnectar at BassLights in Hampton, Virginia look for this trap trio to bring the heat as the 2014 summer music season kicks off at Webster Hall NYC.
