It’s time for another small helping of some of the womped out tracks I’ve been jamming to lately. Not all brand new, but all guaranteed quality. A little bit of everything here today: some moombah, glitch, and, of course, some good ol’ fashioned dubstep.
Brand new Glitch Mob song off Bassnectar’s upcoming remix pack for his Divergent Spectrum album from last year and it sounds like they might be finding their swagger again…
Bassnectar – Heads Up (The Glitch Mob Remix)
Next up, I have Ear Jerker’s newest moombah masterpiece off their just released EP Signal:Noise featuring some of the illest sounds I’ve ever heard to a moombah beat.
Ear Jerker – Sounds of a Village
This remix of “No Beef”, one of the biggest jams of last year thanks to Steve Aoki and Afrojack, gets jacked up with some electro and dub and works in the melodic parts of the song and the vocals with what I think is a much better sound.
Afrojack & Steve Aoki – No Beef (Binary “Pas De Beuf” Remix)
SKiSM’s overlooked and highly underrated dubstep journey from 2011. Must hear.
RackNRuin – Dazed & Confused (SKisM’s Baroque Out Remix) [feat. Janai & Illaman]
What she order? Fish filet. THAT SHIT CRAY!
Jay-Z & Kanye West – Ni**as In Paris (Optix Dubstep Remix)
Finally, didn’t really know how I was gonna drop this one so I’ll just leave it here. Draper, proves he is the master of chillwave and liquidstep in this beautiful, melty dub track.
