Disco Daze Vol. 3

Hey all. It’s been too long since we’ve given you a injection of funky disco tunes. But fear not, we’ve got the collection to keep your feet moving and your body grooving as the warm weather moves on it and the flowers all start to bloom. Disco will never die.

This track is pretty old but, if you haven’t heard it, you’ve been missing out. Moon Boots got a lot of attention when their track “Off My Mind” debuted on The Magician‘s Magic Tape 13 last year. Since then it’s gotten the remix treatment from a couple producers, my favorite is Le Youth’s version, which he offers us for free.

This next track is massive! Norweigan disco/electro producer Aniki dropped his OMG EP a few weeks ago and I’ve been loving it ever since. He has a handful of amazing tunes, most notably his “Ninth Hour Girls” remix, including a couple very interesting disco/moombahton tracks up on his SoundCloud. J Paul Getto on the remix but the original is a masterpiece as well.

Another oldie up next but this one has flown under the radar well. Too well. Fun, feel-good track. Vancouver’s Teen Daze does a nice job here.

Up next is Viceroy‘s latest installment of his “Jet Life” remix series. Having watched this artist grow and build his career through blogs like us it gives us great satisfaction to highlight his latest accomplishment. If you enjoy this track be sure to check out his other Jet Life remix of Goin Back to Cali!

Finally, let’s kick it up a notch with this disco-influenced house track. French disco/house/pop producer Bob Sinclar, who came out with his Disco Crash album earlier this year (only available in France currently) featuring Pitbull (yes, that Pitbull), Snoop Dogg and Sean Paul, brings us this funky track playing with the fact that ultimately, he rocks the disco.
