As of yesterday moombahtone producer and DJ TWO SEV (Jamie MacLeish) has just released the first part of his TRENT EP. This is TWO SEV’s 3rd EP release and it seems to me that he has completely locked down his style and has fine tuned his production quality as well as branched out a little bit.
TWO SEV has been on the forefront of moombahtone since its aggressive emergence a few years back and not only has been spinning the latin influenced style of EDM in house-parties across his local college area, he has now emerged into the local club scene making quite a name for himself in the area. Being a fan and friend of TWO SEV it is exciting to watch a talented young man develop his style and production abilities steadily and successfully.
The TRENT EP contains an original mix, an electro remix and a trap style remix to appease what I feel are some of the most popular styles of EDM at the moment. The quality is superb and the samples he uses are really flat out cool. This whole EP has a very uplifting and over all fun feel to it.
