This month has been full of hot releases in the EDM world. Our team here at MMIBTY.com has been nailing the biggest and best releases as they come and providing you with only quality tunes to satisfy your appetite. This week happened to have a whole bunch of releases, and I’d like to point some of the bigger ones out for you guys that haven’t been mentioned. I’ll be providing a track from each album, along with Beatport links so you can preview the rest of the tracks off the albums.
501 – ‘Smash’
This one happens to be my favorite that I’ll be listening. Never Say Die is a great unique dubstep label, featuring the likes of Skism and Dodge & Fuski as well. This 4 track EP provides a variety of hard hitting and melodic tracks and definitely has something for every dubstep fan. Check out the previews, 501 is going to be big in 2013.
MartyParty – ‘MVP’
MartyParty has recently made the jump from glitch hop to trap within the past year, much like MMIBTY favorite Mimosa. While he still dishes out hot glitch hop tracks, he has rounded up plenty of new fans that are eager to hear the next dope trap beat. Don’t expect something along the lines of Baauer or Flosstradamus though, this is some next level music.
Cazzette – ‘Eject Pt. 1’
Cazzette, the duo that has seen much popularity due to being on the same label as EDM titan Avicii, has finally released a handful of original tracks. I was hyped up for what they had to offer, having been impressed by their set at Ultra last year. The album didn’t disappoint, having plenty of great electro house tracks on it. Most of them are instrumentals, which leads me to believe ‘Pt. 2’ will contain some vocal mixes of these. Either way, they deserve the hype.
EVEN MORE GOODIES AWAIT!!!
Now for some great single tracks!
First off, a dope trap remix of Major Lazer’s recent single!
Next, one of my favorite electro tracks of the past month got a stellar remix by Popeska, who was recently a part of Wolfgang Gartner’s ‘Love & War’ tour
Last but not least, A UZ trapping out Alex Metric’s hit ‘Rave Weapon’. A tasty pick for any trap fan.
