An Introduction To Slop Rock

slo prock

You may have never heard of Slop Rock, but that’s not because you’ve been living under a rock, they’ve just been living on the other side of the big rock. The two lads from Brisbane have been making waves down under, climbing chart labels ranging from progressive to electro-house. They gained massive support while taking part in Stereosonic this year by big names like Tommy Trash and Markus Shultz as they played heavy hitting, diverse sets. The pair has been producing music for over a year and have some great original work that I have included below. My favorite track from them at the moment is Revolution, a great progressive anthem with some phenomenal vocals.  Each of the original tracks were released in a EP form with a bundles of remixes that you can find via their Soundcloud. They definitely aren’t studio geeks as their most recent mix shows, they can play a mean set for all you lucky fan goers too. Gotta love finding new, great artists and music!

Slop Rock – Revolution

Slop Rock – Hero

Slop Rock ft. Whiskey Pete – Super Dope

Danny T – Sex Tonight (Slop Rock Remix)
