Oliver Drops Mechanical EP via Fool’s Gold

Oliver is about to redefine the music industry whether people know of them or not. The French duo of  U-Tern and Oligee have been relentlessly perfecting there somewhat robotic, funky house sound reminiscent of the likes of Daft Punk and Justice. Releasing their first EP seems strange as they have been around for about two years, but after listening through you can better understand. The first track MYB stands for “move your body,” and does it ever live up to its’ title. It is by far my favorite track on the release with the other favorite being Control which leans more towards the Italiano dance movement that I have been enjoying lately.  Flying under the radar is a thing of the past for them now that their debut EP is out on Fool’s Gold and are touring with the insanely cocky loud mouth that is Dillon Francis. Be sure to check out all four tracks on the EP through Beatport including the title track, Mechanical.

As an added bonus here is Fool’s Gold Radios January Mix mixed by the boss man, A-Trak. He features MYB as the opening track and it just gets weirder and wilder from there!
