The dance pop movement is gearing up for a big year, where I expect to see acts sharing the stage all over the country during festival season this year. Providing a perfect contrast to some of the heavier styles in the electronic dance genre, dance pop creates a feel-good, happy environment that nobody can ignore. One group to keep an ear out for is Little Daylight, a trio based in the states that have only been together for a few months. A few days back they made a splash with their debut single, Overdose, the perfect single along beat to help you get out of bed each morning. I can’t wait to hear more from this group as they grow and mature into a spectacular live act.
