Welcome to another week in the underground. A certain someone makes a comeback with an unexpected mix this week. In general this week was a return of the legends of sort. Sit back and enjoy the beats!
3. Dubfire presents one of his epic mixes recorded live at the BPM festival 2013. Having witnessed possibly the best techno show of the year so far at Bijou Nightclub in Boston where Dubfire tore the place apart, this was bound to happen. It is remarkable how unique his minimal sound is that it is absolutely obvious to tell when he goes on at any venue. That show brought together nearly every tech head in town to celebrate this music that we all love and made a statement that it is here to stay! Ali hit us with some heavy sounds that were only amplified by the amazing sound system at Bijou and his visuals blended perfectly with his set. So without further delay, this is 4 hours of non stop pumping minimal techno in the signature style of Dubfire, listen and be the judge yourself.
2. Deep dish is alive and kicking! The other half of deep dish Sharam releases Wildcast 69 recorded straight from his set at the BPM festival (makes one wonder if this is the festival to be at in 2014). No dilemma here in categorizing this mix, 60 minutes of pure tech house.
1. John Digweed hits us with an unorthodox version of transitions. This is a rare exclusively techno/tech-house mix by Diggers and just goes to show what a complete DJ this man is. Amazing how this tops the chart and coincides with the John Digweed show announcement for Boston, check out our events page for details on that!
