As Miami Music Week rolls on, I am finding that many artists are taking the week off from releasing new music, as they are too busy partying it up under the southern sun. However, in order to fill the void for the music craving whores like myself, many acts have released their monthly mixes to tied us over. Enough in fact that I listened to mixes all day yesterday at work and never had to repeat a single one. I have chosen three of them that best exemplify MMW for all of us in the north freezing are asses off.
First up is the very talented Treasure Fingers who lays down the grooviest of mixes full of tracks I have never heard. Bridging that disco/deep house gap that everyone is trying to cross these days is what he does best. This is the perfect mix to help you get your day off to the right start! Now half way through his second year of this monthly series, A-Trak has perfected combining both his record releases and tracks that fancy his unusual taste in music. Even though he is not playing at Ultra this year, him and his label mates are painting the streets gold with countless showcases this week!
Finally, the mysterious and ominous Magician takes the stage for an act that will surprise, scare, and captivate your senses as he takes you on a journey down the rabbit hole.
