Well it seems like just yesterday that Marty Party and OOAH showed up at the Fillmore in Denver and absolutely tour the roof off the place with their annual side project PANTyRAID. If you haven’t been to a PANTyRAID show before this is not an act to miss, with more go-go girls and dancers on stage then a cabaret, this is one hell of a performance. The epic duo that is Martin Folb of Marty Party and Josh Mayer of The Glitch Mob teamed up in 2008 to create PANTyRAID and the reason is simple; “During an era where high-intensity dubstep and over-the-top electro commanded the attention of the nation, PANTyRAiD was the answer to providing more dance floor real estate to the ladies” said Folb. As Marty and Josh continue their own personal careers for the better part of the year, they have continued to team up each spring since ’08 to welcome in the spring and get the ladies back out on the dance floor. This year PANTyRAID has stops scheduled from coast to coast for their PillowTalk Tour including New York City, Orlando, Boulder, and a solid run up most of California and Oregon’s Coast. A very creative and sexually charged video, that in my mind is a perfect visualization of the idea behind PANTyRAID, aka “The PANTyVISION”.
