Sir Bob Cornelius Rifo, AKA The Bloody Beetroots, who has been featured on this site before here, has been dropping little goodies here and there, including Church of Noise, Rocksteady, Chronicles of a Fallen Love, and Spank. These singles are fantastic but The Bloody Beetroots remained quiet about a second album, until recently.
‘HIDE’, is name of the much anticipated, elusive second album from the Italian producer, which is rumored to be released on September 17th. Not much has been published on the future of The Bloody Beetroots other than an article from Life and Times which talks about The Bloody Beetroots’ history and future including their new album. If you follow The Bloody Beetroots on Youtube, you would know that over the last 2 days, 2 videos have surfaced, Parts 1/6 and 2/6 of the HIDE teaser trailer.
“Out of Sight” featuring Paul McCartney, Yes the Paul from the Beatles, is the first single released from the new album HIDE (released on June 18, 2013 on Ultra Records). How The Bloody Beetroots scored a collaboration with the pretty boy from the 60’s wonder band, no one knows. But the result is absolutely incredible. Paul McCartney even appears in the music video from ‘Out of Sight’. If the new album is anything like this single, we can expect to be blown away. This album, based on the hint-style advertising The Bloody Beetroots have been tantalizing us with, and this new single, can be expected to be a must-have for all of us who enjoyed Rombo from 2009.
