After recently watching an after movie for one of the many Summer Series of Boat Cruises graciously brought to Boston Harbor by Hype Nightlife, I heard this banger by the Twins from when they took the boat by storm back in mid-July. Their single called, “Hot Summer Nights” featuring Lea Luna & Nejat Barton was released in July with Magik Muzik. Bumpin’ this makes me desperately wish I had heard it earlier, but late is always better than never. And summer’s not over just yet! It’s a progressive house track pumping at about a 130 bpm that’ll have you dancing, melting inside, and feeling your temperature rise. Speaking of this highly favored series of summer boat crusises that have been sailing out on the ocean seas for some wild partying, I’ve been hearing a lot of buzz about one particular supporting set that has played who is actually from the area, so I had to check him out. Michael Marra aka DJ MarraMix is a breath of fresh air when it comes to how a party mix should be done. He throws down some dope multi-hour, progressive house party mixes that incorporate a lot of popular music that’ll absolutely have everyone singing and dancing. They’re non stop pumpin’ mixes that would be clutch to throw on for pregames and parties. You can download them all for free on his Soundcloud as well as his official page. So, if you don’t want to spend an unnecessary 10 hours trying to pile together a bunch of songs for a good playlist, he’s got you covered.
