After a long and grueling wait fueled by the rumor mill, MCP Presents announced this spring thatCamp Bisco will be “taking the year off”. In light of this announcement, however, MCP, in conjunction with SFX Entertainment, has announced The Hudson Project, a three-day 18+ camping festival at Winston Farm in Saugerties, New York. Running from July 11 to July 13, The Hudson Project will feature over 85 acts on four separate stages, as well as an additional interactive performance stage. The Hudson Project will also feature interactive art and regional arts and crafts in a separate art village, performance art, and a local music showcase. MCP has also boasted that it will be providing extensive camping and “glamping” options, as well as local gourmet food, craft beer, wine selections, and more. The festival and the camping experience are guaranteed to be unique: Woodstock’s 1994 revival took place at the Winston Farm and Michael Lang, one of Woodstock ‘69’s original organizers, has announced his involvement in The Hudson Project.
