CRSSD 2020 Set For A Triumphant Return

It’s kind of funny writing about CRSSD Festival all these years. I’ve gone to literally every year of the Spring edition and neither the previews and lineup releases nor the wrap-ups and highlights have strewn away from anything short of stellar. It’s a new year and a new decade but one thing has remained constant about CRSSD: the lineup is insane.

As March 7 & 8th’s artists were announced and tickets quickly sold out, anyone who knows a thing or two about raving in the San Diego sun is all over CRSSD 2020 and the squad has never been larger.

The headliners across all three stages – Palms, City Steps, and Ocean View – are all on point. I’m talking artists like Carl Cox, Rufus, Chris Lake, Nora En Pure, Patrick Topping and Gessafelstein. Some of my personal favorites made the lineup like Purple Disco Machine (who makes my year mix list every year), Mark Knight, and Sacha Robotti, and I’m excited to see acts I’ve yet to catch before like PAX, Étienne de Crécy, and Télépopmusik (uh, hello childhood).

If you so much as dabble in the House x Techno scene you already know I’m preaching to the choir. If you’ve never experienced CRSSD then you need to figure out a way to get a ticket. And if for some reason you’re just finding out about this for the first time then gee golly ask your friends and see you down at Waterfront Park this Spring!
