This is a strong change of pace by Mr.Carmack. All to known for his bass filled tribal funk, Aaron has released something that will put you in awe. Playing an acoustic set, yea you heard me, an acoustic set. A lullaby of Hawaiian influence that is nothing less than beautiful. It really makes you re-think the way artists create music and their influences behind it. You can’t always let your music take control of you and this is a great example of how to break away. Seeing an artist like Aaron create something is a treat in its self, but with this newest addition to his list, it really makes you think. Things like this don’t happen very often now a days, and its a nice change from all of this fast paced electronic music that we have pumped into society today. Hopefully there will be more releases like this from Aaron in the future, maybe even an EP through Soulection?
