Electro-funk duo The Floozies has released a new EP – Granola Jones, filled with funky beats that will lead your body straight to the dance floor. Brothers Matt Hill (producer and guitarist) and Mark Hill (drummer) recently signed with GRiZ’s label All Good Records, and for the release of their single “No Part Of This,” have paired up with saxophonist Karl Denson to create an energetic funk jam.
The EP is the first in a series of three, each with their own specific theme. The theme of Granola Jones is “funky bangers,” and this single definitely brings a beat that will explode from your speakers. A funky, fresh track with distorted vocals and Karl Denson’s amazing saxophone skills on the bridge make up a rhythm to get the bones shaking.
