Well the anticipation is certainly building for us over the release of Nero’s upcoming debut album “Welcome Reality.” While we were teased with the song “Promises” about a month back or so and loved what we heard with that track, this remix, put together by Skrillex and Nero themselves, takes it to a whole new level. This version ditches the fast-paced drum and bass backbeat in favor of a swooning vocal section (with those beautiful vocals and lyrics that you already know so well) followed by the INSANE, undeniably Skrillex drop. Personally, I liked the original, a lot (like I do with everything Nero does), but this shit blows that version out of the water. Can’t wait for this album to drop.
