It’s been a while since we’ve heard anything from Griz but he seems to have been hard at work. “You’ve Got to Change” is a little more downtempo and mellowed out than some of his other offerings (he characterizes it as electro-soul) but, with features from Santana and 2Pac, he creates an awesome atmosphere with the use of hip-hop breaks, horn and sample usage, and delicate guitar riffs.
