A dubstep producer out of France? That’s not something you hear of every day. Habstrakt is 22 years old and while his name might not be one that everyone is familiar with, a quick browsing of his Facebook pictures would show you that dub mammoth Flux Pavilion has certainly heard of him. His track “Get Funky” was released through his Facebook page not too long ago as a free download in exchange for a like on his page. While the term “funky” is certainly overused these days, particularly out of the context of funk music, this track has earned its title, bringing bouncy vibes in a manner similar in style to that of KOAN Sound.
