WOOF! What music is this? Mad Decent‘s free label/Tumblr brings us their latest release in the form of Londoner Raf Riley‘s Dog Unit EP. As you’d expect from the Jeffree’s releases we’ve seen thus far, this EP doesn’t fall into any specific category and rather sounds like a freak love child between moombah, trap, and electro with a load of heavy sounds (and quite a bit of barking) thrown in for a mind-bending effect. As the Jeffree’s blog so adequately put it, “We have no idea when or where the ideal time or place to listen to this music is, it probably won’t make sense until armageddeon so until then we’ll just listen to it everyday until it makes sense.” Embrace the weirdness.
