I know very little about the Russian based Archie except that everything he touches turns to musical porn for my ears. Seemingly coming out of nowhere ten months back he has captivated me with his attention to detail when creating such big room house tracks like The V that he released for free a few hours back to help celebrate 30,000 fans on Facebook. The V has that Ed Banger approach to house music that we rarely get to hear stateside, hard hitting french techno. If your wondering why you’ve never heard of him it’s becuase he has grown very largely the organically way throughout the internet. You can find him on turntable.fm for virtual events like Electrofest 2012 and Mixify‘s Unity Digital Music Festival. Perhaps this is why his pocast series Pony Up has been a constant for me since it’s inception five month’s back when TheFatRat took on the first guest mix duties.
