Cold, it is really really cold here in Burlington Vermont so we are trying our best to stay warm. I find the best way to do this is on a crowded dance floor and if you are reading this I think you are in agreement. It is dumping snow out and it is just freezing cold, that strip the heat off, right to your bones, icicles on your eyelashes cold so im gonna dump some coals on the fire and give you some really sick beats.
I am pretty excited about this post, I have done some digging around and found a handful of records that get really excited to listen to. Since I am on a small hiatus from the DJ scene I have been just hoarding as much music as humanly possible for my triumphant return after the new year. So without further delay here are some beats. First up is legendary producer Chuckie teamed up with Junxter and their track “Make Some Noise”. I wont be featuring the original track but better yet the remix be Deorro. This remix pack came out not too long ago and Deorro’s remix is by far my favorite tune out of the selection. A very loud and aggressive electro tune this track really makes some noise, pun intended.

Coming us from Rell The Soundbender is a record called “Thank You” but it is Thanks that I would like to send to this producer. Bringing in some serious bounce this tune is fast and nutty as hell. Infused with some 1/32 high hats and hip hop vocals this tune is another example of the swift evolution of music genre as it combines the texture of trap with the energy of jersey club.

The Bingo Players have been cranking out house anthems since their emergence on the scene, but they also have created a massive platform for producers interested in creating trap tunes. So here is another Bingo Players trap remix by producer Gold Top whom I have featured on here before. Staying true to the original but adding a pinch of bad ass this song is way better than yours.

I have been waiting for GTA forever to release the two track EP “People/Boots” and it released right in between my last two posts so I never got to cover it. GTA has been gathering quite a bit of momentum recently and this track is undoubtedly going to help them get even more attention. As if it is almost 3 songs put together at once this song combines my favorite elements of music all into one fantastic record.
If you dont know who DISTAL is, well you do now. More of an underground producer this track titled “NASA” is absolutely boss. Sampling the vocal shouting “Keep it gangsta” this tune has a good blend of hip hop and dance elements that really makes you want to get down. Slightly future but still groovy enough where even the casual listener can get down to it this track is very well constructed.
