I wanted to call your attention to Nom De Strip’s brand new EP out today on Mau5trap Records because, well, it deserves your attention. The British native has been making fucking awesome dance music for years and personally I don’t feel like he’s received the recognition he deserves. I recently posted his bangin’ remix of Tommy Trash’s “Monkey See, Monkey Do” and previous to that I was a big fan of his track “Big Nobbler” with Peo De Pitte. This EP continues to prove that Chris Elliot’s hard-hitting sound is one that must be heard and embraced for dance music fans around the globe. It’s not festival cheese, but it will actually destroy a crowd as Dirty South showed us when he dropped “Techno Saturday” at Ultra 2013’s Mainstage (weekend two – listen HERE). Speaking of “Techno Saturday”, it’s easily the standout track from this three-song EP, although all of them are good in their own ways.
I’m not posting any download links for this because I want you all to go out and support Nom De Strip and the seriously good work he does. You can grab the full EP over at Beatport for just $6.99. You can also visit his Facebook page and his Soundcloud page to show him how much you love it.
