RL Grime’s High Beams Tour Comes to Denver’s Larimer Lounge

88dfd0c3-e2a2-4811-9e29-da6649db11e8One of the most successful side projects of the past year has to be Clockworks creation of his second bass-heavy-turnt-up identity, RL Grime. With massive success on their Mercy remix, RL and Salva have teamed up once again on their newest track What A Shame. With massive drums building into a drop that could have never been predicted this track utilizes a range of elements to create a gorgeous vocal track and super-fun trap drop all in one. Also below you can watch as RL Grime and Baauer step into the Boiler Room at the 2013 SXSW for a back to back bass war of sorts. Filled with tracks I have never heard before this is some of the most progressive 45 minutes of trap-esque music I have ever heard, but what else would you expect with those two on the bill?

With all that said, Denver, RL Grime is coming to your very own Larimer Lounge on May 10th! If you are familiar with Larimer then you already know this venue is quite intimate to say the least, my point being this show will sell out so grab your tickets here ASAP! This is the Denver stop of Grimes High Beams tour and he will be greeted by Denvers own openers Vinnie Maniscalco and K-Mac. Be sure to check out RL and Salva’s single What A Shame and the Boiler Room b2b set with Baauer below, and hopefully we will run into you in the Lounge on the 10th!
