Disclosure is most likely the most popular dance duo in music currently, even though they have been around for just around eighteen months. Their live act has been dubbed the freshest thing to hit dance music in years, as they slam on the drums and smash the electric guitars on stage. They recently released their debut album, Settle, which as you can imagine as garnished respect from every possible news and media outlet. Pete Tong, continuing his insane lineup this year, has them on the decks for this week’s Essential Mix. The set starts off with a J Dilla tribute as well as artists such as Slum Village, Vic Mensa, Q-Tip and Gang Starr, then moving onto the likes of Dusky, Paul Woolfood, Hannah Wants and George FitzGerald to set the deep house for the rest of the two-hour set.
