The two brothers of French Horn Rebellion are not looking forward to another cold winter that is slowing creeping up on us. Finding a home in the indie dance or “new jack swing” gnere as they put it, French Horn Rebellion’s music is meant to be enjoyed on a beach, or a boat, or even a coffee shop; all that matters is that it’s sunny and 70. Their latest gem is a collaboration with Ghost Beach, a cry for the west coast entitled Caaalifornia. It is the land of tan and healthy people, where the weather’s always perfect and the beaches are always warm. We all know someone who ventured westward looking for sunshine and waves, fulfilling their own manifest destiny – when will you do the same?
