David Guetta is known as a progressive house producer and, increasingly, a pop music mogul. Afrojack is the famous purveyor of dirty Dutch house with his characteristic bleeps and bloops. So when they team up, what should one expect? Prog house with bleeps? Pop vocal-laden high intensity rave music with crappy rapper guest verses (read: Flo Rida)? What we get is an amazing track that surprisingly sounds so different from their individual and highly stereotyped styles of production. This is what seems to be an electro house track on which vocals and bleeps are both interestingly absent and which is almost, dare I say, Daft Punk-esque? I’m not the biggest fan of either artist but go ahead and try to tell me they haven’t done something big here…
