Man, I have been waiting for this track to drop for some time now. Longtime favorite electro-house producer Revolvr finally released his track “The Beat Goes On”, along with remixes from Charles Deluxe and DirtyRock on Lazy Rich’s Big Fish Recordings yesterday. If you’ve ever listened to the Lazy Rich Show podcast, you’ve no doubt heard his name mentioned. Recently, Revolvr tried his hand at dubstep and his track “Who’s Gonna Save Us”, a collaboration with electro-house vocal queen Sue Cho, made it into the dubstep charts on Beatport. Clearly this guy has talent all over the map. This song first previewed on The Lazy Rich Show a few months back and I have been anticipating it’s release for a while. The original is a massive, but personally I am drawn to the Charles Deluxe remix, who brings in some welcome flair in the form of a funky basslines, groovy texture and a well-balanced bridge.
