Diplo, never one to settle or slow down has recently started a new weekly radio show on the one and only BBC Radio 1. Each week he brings some friends with him to help showcase a wide array of electronic music. This week he brought along Schlachthofbronx and Baauer to help him tear up another Saturday night on the decks. The entire mix is over two hours long so I have decided just to attach Baauer’s half of the mix to really highlight the evolution of trap music. Bauuer, a recent signee to Diplo’s Jeffrees label, is really pushing the envelope when it comes to trap. It reminds me of when Diplo picked up Dillon Francis and brought moombahton to the main stage of electronic music.
