Back in October this awesome Trapped out version of Calvin Harris’ “Sweet Nothing” premiered on BBC Radio 1, remixed by the one and only Diplo along with Grandtheft (who originally blew up with his Moombahton remix of Tyga’s “Rack City“). I’ve been listening to this track on repeat for the past week and since we haven’t yet posted it on MMIBTY, I felt it was necessary to bring it to your eardrums whether or not you’ve already heard it. We’re treated to the chill-inducing vocals of Florence Welch, of Florence and the Machine, but more importantly we’re treated to a barrage of 808 drums that shake the ground when turned to full volume. You know how there are a ton of Trap songs/remixes out there but only a certain few remain in heavy rotation during DJ sets (I’m looking at “Mercy”, “Spaceman”, “Original Don”, “Rattle”, “Trap on Acid”, etc)? Yeah, well I can see this being the latest entry into that exclusive club.
